MH200
The stackable concrete formwork blocks in the MH200 product range are quick to install, and once filled with concrete, they form an exceptionally strong and solid structure. Thanks to their easy handling, the blocks are commonly used for separating walls between apartments and load-bearing internal walls.
Ease of installation is also a significant advantage in renovation projects. The product range includes a standard block, corner block, and both short and long end blocks.
Examples of applications
- Lift shafts
- Renovation projects
- Fire-compartment separating walls between apartments
- Load-bearing internal walls
- Retaining walls
- Foundations
- Various silo structures and agricultural and industrial applications

The hollow concrete block range is based on a straight 600 mm-long standard block. The block consists of two concrete shells and three concrete connecting sections between them. At each end of the block there are male and female interlocking profiles that engage with the adjacent block. The block is easy to handle while also withstanding the pressure exerted during casting.
Reinforcement grooves for horizontal reinforcement are incorporated into all our hollow concrete blocks. The grooves help keep the reinforcement in place, even during casting. In this way, the required concrete cover thickness is reliably maintained throughout the structure. There are also recesses in the bottom of the blocks for the connection profile, making it easy to form transitions using the patented connection profile system.

The corners of the hollow concrete block structure are easy to construct using the pre-made corner block. The blocks are designed for 2M modular layouts, based on 200 mm increments. The corner blocks have recesses for horizontal reinforcement and interlocking profiles that engage with the basic blocks.
Corner blocks are laid so that the block in every other course faces the opposite direction to the one in the course below. This creates a 200 mm overlap in the wall. The corner blocks can easily withstand the casting pressure from the concrete infill. As the structure itself is not secured to the adjacent blocks, the hollow concrete block structure must still always be supported during casting, at least at the corners and end blocks.
The corner blocks are sold in pairs (1 pair = 1 left-hand and 1 right-hand corner block).

We offer ready-made end blocks for window and door openings, as well as gable wall structures. Using end blocks eliminates the need to cast the frames around the openings separately during the casting process. This speeds up the work considerably and reduces the workload.
With standard block stacking, the hollow concrete blocks always have a 200 mm overlap. For this reason, we pack both long (600 mm) and short (400 mm) end blocks onto the same product pallet. In this way, the end blocks do not need to be cut to size on site in order to achieve the overlap.
The end blocks are sold in pairs (1 pair = 1 long and 1 short end block).
