VSK100
The VSK100 product family is a system comprising three blocks. In addition to the standard block, the system also includes a bridging block and a half-block. The block heights are designed to achieve the correct frame height using whole blocks.
At the bottom of the lintel blocks, there is a groove for lintel reinforcement. If necessary, the lintel block can also be used in place of the standard block.
At the start of block laying, half-blocks are used in every other course to achieve the required bond (3M = 300 mm). Half-blocks minimise the need for cutting and make installation easier. For lintels above doorways, galvanised lintel profiles are supplied, considerably speeding up their installation.
Electrical conduits and boxes, tap fittings and water pipes with protective sleeves can be installed in the casting cavities of the partition wall blocks. Once the surface has been levelled, the block wall can be finished by painting, wallpapering or tiling. Various types of fixings and wall-mounted items are also easy and secure to install in the hard block wall.

For bridging over door openings, galvanised lintel profiles are supplied, which considerably speed up the forming of the bridging sections.
